Portrait Project
For my portrait project I choose to capture images of my little cousin Layla. I interviewed her eight questions to let the reader learn a little more about her. I first asked her a couple simple questions, whats your name and how old are you? Answer: Layla, and I'm nine. Question: What makes you happy? Answer: My cat Hawns. What do you want to be when you grow up? Answer: A counselor at camp Silver Creek or a first grade teacher. Question: What are some of your favorite hobbies to describe yourself? Answer: Going on adventures or exploring, watching TikToks and hanging out with friends. Question: What are three words to describe yourself? Answer: Funny, adventurous and curious. Then I asked her a few more creative questions, If you didn't have to go to school, what would your dream day be? Answer: I would go to bubble tea and play games with my friends. Question: If you could go anywhere you wanted, where would you go? Answer: Paris. And my last question was, if you could have a dream pet what would it be? Answer: A Meerkat.
Light Room
For my Light Room projects I choose five images from my camera role, and one that I took over the last week. i tried to not use a ton of saturation or any harm changes. I edited all my images on light room. except for my sixth image which I edited on my phone with the app, Pics Art. For editing that image I photo shopped the trees, in the back, so it was less of distraction.
Still Life Project
For my still life project I choose Monochrome. But instead of painting all my objects the same color, I just placed objects that shared the same base colors.
One In Sixteen Hundred
For my one in sixteen hundred photo assignment, I chose to organize and base mine off, of a day in a life scenario. On September 20th I took my first photo of my friends heading to climate strike. Once I got I took a few of the march that captured the amount there. Later that day, my harper and I shared a burrito. Then I made my way back home to recharge, during a nap. After that I went to the football game. Where I took this action shot of the crowd. I choose a black and white filter, because I feel like it fit the aesthetic of nice cold day.
